Free shipping on all orders above DKK 150  / € 20.

Orders below DKK 150 / € 20 delivered within Denmark will be charged DKK 50 / € 7

 

EU

Free shipping on all orders above € 20.

Orders below € 20 delivered within EU will be charged € 20

 

International

Free shipping on orders above € 250 / $ 260 (ex VAT).

Orders below € 250 / $ 260 delivered international will be charged € 20 / $ 33

Approx. 2-5 working days after your order has been processed.

 

Please note that local charges (customs duty, sales tax) can occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at your own expense.

 

 

Returns

 

Please notify us at info@fibr.cc within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of notification. The product must be returned in original packaging with hang tags and other labelling. Please keep your receipt of the return shipment until the product is received and refunded by fibr.cc

 

Important: Clearly mark the parcel »Return« and a copy of your invoice. Also, with your preferred courier, please tick the box »Returned goods«. If shipping from outside EU please tick »Return« box in custom papers as well. Please do not write staff name on parcel or papers.

If the returned product is not shipped back following the above instructions we may be forced to reject the return or deduct any additional administrative fees or customs from your refund.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

 

Crash replacement offer

 

It happens. If it happens to you, we’d like to take away at least some of the pain by replacing your torn Fibr kit. Just send us a few pics and describe the damage then we will give you a 50% discount on replacement kit. If we’re out of stock, feel free to choose a similar item(s) from our collection. This offer is valid 24 months from the original date of purchase.
